CallitIQ ("we," "our," or "us") operates callitiq.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information you give us

The prediction-market newsletter is retired. Previously submitted email addresses may remain with our email service provider; retiring the newsletter did not delete subscriber records. Contact us about those records using the address below.

When you visit our site, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect:

• Pages visited and time spent on each
• Referring URL (how you found us)
• IP address (anonymized where required by law)
• Device type (desktop/mobile/tablet)
• General geographic location (country/region — not precise location)

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site and serve relevant advertisements. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet. See Google's advertising privacy policy for details.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. If allowed, Google receives visit information and fixed-name tool-start and result-view events. Our tool events contain a tool identifier, not entered amounts, state selections, answers or result text. We remove query strings and referring-page paths from the page configuration. Google may use cookies and device or network information to process these visits; this is not a claim that analytics data is anonymous.

Use Analytics choices at the bottom of any maintained page to change your preference. No thanks stops this site's Google Analytics collection; it does not erase previously collected data or cookies. Calculators work without analytics. Your preference is stored in this browser. Advertising consent and Google's account settings are separate.

Cloudflare hosting and Web Analytics

Cloudflare delivers and protects this site and provides separate traffic and performance measurements through a browser beacon. The Google Analytics choice above does not disable Cloudflare services. Beehiiv (retired email newsletter)

The retired newsletter used Beehiiv. Previously submitted email addresses may remain on Beehiiv's servers and are subject to Beehiiv's privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

Kalshi (discontinued)

CallitIQ previously linked to Kalshi using affiliate tracking links. The prediction market feed and those links were removed on 7 September 2026. There is no active affiliate arrangement with Kalshi or any other party, and no affiliate link anywhere on this site.

Data sources

The four decision tools use no external data at run time. Calculator inputs and calculations stay in your browser. Optional usage events and the separate services described above may make network requests; this is not a claim that the page sends no data. Until 7 September 2026 the site also aggregated public data from Reddit, X (Twitter), YouTube, HackerNews, Google Trends, Polymarket and Kalshi for the prediction market feed; that feed has been retired and the aggregation no longer appears on the site.

How We Use Your Information

• To handle requests concerning previously submitted newsletter details
• To analyze site traffic and improve our content
• To serve relevant advertising via Google AdSense
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Your Rights and Choices

Email opt-out

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send, or by emailing us at hello@callitiq.com.

Cookies

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect some site functionality and ad personalization.

California residents (CCPA)

California residents have the right to request what personal information we have collected, request deletion of their data, and opt out of the "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email hello@callitiq.com.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Contact us at hello@callitiq.com to exercise these rights.

Data Retention

Retiring the newsletter did not delete historical subscriber records; contact us to request deletion. Google Analytics retention depends on the property settings; we do not represent an unverified retention period as fixed. This page does not assert that historical subscriber or comment records have been deleted.

Children's Privacy

CallitIQ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at hello@callitiq.com and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
