Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CallitIQ ("the Site," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Not Financial Advice

Benefit rates, policy terms, statutory caps, waiting periods and disability schedules are set by your state's law and your own policy, and they change. Only your state's agency, your insurer and your own claim file can tell you what applies to you. Where a tool cannot model something, it says so rather than filling the gap with a number.

CallitIQ retired its prediction market feed on 7 September 2026. The site no longer aggregates or displays market odds, crowd signals or trend data.

Affiliate Disclosure

CallitIQ has no affiliate arrangements. There are no affiliate or referral links anywhere on this site, and nothing here earns a commission if you click it. Until 7 September 2026 the site carried affiliate links to Kalshi alongside its prediction market feed; the feed and those links have been removed.

The site is intended to be supported by display advertising only. Advertising has no influence on the calculations, the recommendations, or which tools get built.

Advertising

CallitIQ displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. Advertisers do not influence our editorial content or signal data. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Intellectual Property

The CallitIQ name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by CallitIQ and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

Market data, odds, and trend signals displayed on the site are sourced from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. We display this data under fair use for informational and commentary purposes.

Permitted Use

You may use CallitIQ for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download site content without written permission
• Use the site to build a competing service that replicates our data aggregation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our data pipeline or algorithms
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the site at scale
• Post, transmit, or distribute malicious code or content
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws

Disclaimer of Warranties

CallitIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Market data or odds displayed are accurate or current
• The site is free from viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the site will meet your expectations

Your use of the site is entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallitIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the site.

Third-Party Links

The site contains links to third-party websites including Kalshi, Polymarket, Reddit, and others. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
